By browsing our website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot deliver to your address. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices are shown in euros (€). Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made securely online at checkout, and your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.

We ship from our EU warehouse to the countries listed in our Shipping & shopping policy. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, distance or public holidays.

If you live in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. To do so, email us at support@phomifood.eu. Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition.

This right does not apply to goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life, or to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery for health and hygiene reasons.

Please check your parcel on arrival. If something is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund the affected items.

We do our best to show product photos and descriptions accurately. Packaging may change from time to time by the manufacturer. Always read the label on the product for ingredients, allergens and storage instructions.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
