Mae Ploy Green Curry Paste 400g
Thailand's best-loved green curry paste, made from fresh green chillies, lemongrass, galangal, garlic and kaffir lime. It gives a bright, herbal heat and the deep flavour you remember from Thai restaurants.
How to use: Fry 1–2 tablespoons in a little oil, add a can of coconut milk, then simmer with chicken, prawns or vegetables for 10–15 minutes. Finish with Thai basil.
Good to know: Spicy – start with a small amount. Contains shrimp paste (crustaceans). One 400 g tub makes 10+ curries; keep refrigerated after opening. Product of Thailand.
